This includes the use of Shadowmatch, psychometric tests and psychological theory to identify team
dynamics, and strategies to address such dynamics.



Involves a person centred systemic approach to address work-life balance; productivity and efficiency
and psychological well being. The therapy service also extends to individual psychometric testing (e.g.
career assessment).


Needs analysis and change management

Involves a systematic approach to dealing with change in an organisation- focused on the requirements related to the goals, aspirations and needs of the organisation and the individual within the organisation. This typically includes: adjusting to change, managing change, and achieving effective change. At TBC the emphasis is on defining and implementing measures and/or tools to deal with changes in the organisational environment and to benefit from changing opportunities.
